HomeGlow AI is an AI-powered real estate photo editing platform operated as a subsidiary of Capture Video Productions (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2017/125659/07, VAT No. 4230277701), 41 5th Street, Voelklip, Hermanus 7200, South Africa. When this policy refers to "we", "us", or "our", it means HomeGlow AI and its parent company.

We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the Service:

• Payment information: Transaction records related to credit purchases. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us.
• Uploaded images: Photos you upload to the platform for editing purposes.

• Device & technical data: Browser type, IP address, and similar technical identifiers collected automatically when you use the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
• Process your photo editing jobs and deliver results.
• Process credit purchases and maintain billing records.

4. Uploaded Images

• Images you upload are processed solely to fulfil the requested AI editing job.
• Uploaded originals and AI-generated outputs are stored securely in your account and are not shared with third parties, except as required to operate third-party AI processing services.
• We do not use your images for training AI models without your explicit consent.
• You may delete your images at any time from within your account.

5. Third-Party Services

To deliver the Service, we work with carefully selected third-party providers, including:

• Cloud infrastructure & storage: For hosting the platform and storing your data securely.
• AI processing providers: Your uploaded images are sent to AI model providers for processing. These providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purpose of completing your edit.
• Payment processing: We use a third-party payment processor (PayFast) for credit purchases. Their privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.

We take reasonable steps to ensure all third-party providers comply with applicable data protection requirements.

6. Data Retention

• We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and audit purposes.
• Uploaded images and job outputs are retained to support your access to past edits. You may request deletion at any time.
• Upon account termination, your data will be made available for export within 10 working days before being deleted from our systems.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection legislation, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Request that we correct or update inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
• Withdraw consent to processing, where consent is the basis for processing.
